A:Yes, we can make customized products according to your design draft or sample. If new molds are needed, we can make new molds to produce your desired product.
Q3 Are you a factory or a trading company?
A:we are factory. Our company is located in Jishigang Industrial Zone, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, specializing in the production and supply of disposable food packaging paper products.
Q4: When is your delivery time?
A:The production period depends on your order quantity.
Usually 25-30 days after receiving the deposit.
Q5How do I place an order and get the product?
A:A. Inquiry — The more information you provide, the more suitable products we can provide you! Please provide as detailed a specification as possible and let us know the quantity.
B. Quote—Official quote will be sent to you with product details.
C. Print file—PDF or Ai format. Image resolution must be at least 300 dpi.
d. Mould making—The mould will be finished within 1-2 months after paying the mould fee. The mold fee is to be paid in full.
e. Sample Confirmation—Samples will be sent out within 3 days after the mold is ready.
F. Payment terms—T/T 50% in advance.
G. Production—mass production, after production a mark is required.
H. Shipping—By sea, air or express.
